    Where is the program I paid for? (100%)
    When you pay for a program, you are purchasing a registration key to convert the unregistered program to a registered version. There are no separate 'registered' or boxed versions of the programs. As indicated on the order and registration pages, you should have already downloaded and tried the programs before registering them. If not, you can still download the latest version of each programs freely off the
    software product pages.

    Where is my registration key? (100%)
    The registration system is run manually each business day to generate registration keys for ordered programs for which we've received payment confirmation. Typically, you should receive a registration passkey in one to two business days. If you don't receive your registration key after a few days, your message may have been lost in an email failure, which happens fairly often in this age of viruses and ISPs with overzealous Spam filters and server blacklists. When this happens, visit our
    Customer Database to look up your order and registration keys in the database of all orders we've received and processed to date. When ordering from third party resellers, there are often additional delays. The two major reseller stores have both recently had system failures that have delayed or prevented them from properly transmitting orders to us. In the future please order directly from TealPoint to best avoid these sort of problems.

    When will accessories I ordered arrive? (100%)
    Accessories are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer by UPS. While they are usually received much faster, please allow up to 10 working days for them to arrive. They do not usually provide us with tracking information on these orders.

    Can I get updated reg keys for a new DeviceID or Computer? (100%)
    Yes. You will need a new registration key if:

    PalmOS Software: You change your HotSync Name

    Windows Mobile Software: You change your Owner Name

    Windows PC Desktop Software: You change your computer or reinstall Windows with a different name. This is necessary only for "Desktop" versions of our applications (like TealAuto Desktop or TealTracker Desktop) that run on your PC.

    We recommend using the same DeviceID when purchasing a new device, as this will allow you to use your existing registration keys.

    However, for one small processing fee, you may request that we generate new registraton keys for all your registered products. The fee covers our costs to look up, verify, and process these requests.

    You may request this at most once per calendar year by visiting our Customer Database Page.

    Make sure all keys are listed under the same email address as any missing ones will not be regenerated. You may change the email addresses associated with individual orders on the same page listed above. If you have both Desktop and Handheld apps or registrations for more than one DeviceID, be sure to enter the DeviceID you want to change from in the "Previous DeviceID" field of the checkout form.
